Yantai Evergreen Packaging Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer and exporter of woven polypropylene packaging on the Shandong coast of northern China. Built around the loom.
Yantai Evergreen Packaging grew up in the Dongting Industrial Park of Fushan District, Yantai — a port city with direct sea links to Korea, Japan and the world’s major shipping lanes. We began with woven polypropylene sacks for local grain and fertiliser producers and grew into a full woven-packaging partner for importers on five continents.
Today the factory runs the full chain: tape extrusion, circular and flat weaving, coating and lamination, printing, cutting and sewing. That vertical set-up is why we can adjust fabric weight by a few grams, move a valve by a few millimetres or switch a liner material without a second supplier — and why our sales team can answer technical questions the same day.
We also act as a one-stop source: when a customer needs crop nets, shade cloth or a bag type outside our own lines, we source and inspect it from trusted partner factories so the whole packaging programme arrives in one container.

Virgin PP resin cast and slit into high-tenacity tapes; UV and colour masterbatch added in-line.

Circular & flat weaving
Tubular fabric for sacks and FIBC bodies, flat fabric for panels, weed mat and rolls; leno looms for mesh.

Coating & lamination
PE extrusion coating, BOPP film lamination and kraft-paper lamination for moisture barrier and print.

Printing
Offset and flexo printing on fabric; gravure-printed BOPP film for photographic graphics.

Conversion
Cutting, hemming, gusseting, block-bottom and valve forming, sewing, liner insertion, loop and spout attachment.

Quality control
Two dedicated QA/QC inspectors check fabric GSM, tensile strength, seams, print and dimensions; FIBCs are top-lift tested.
