PP Woven Sacks FAQ
What fabric weight do I need for a 50 kg bag?
For grain, sugar or fertiliser at 50 kg, 80–100 g/m² fabric is common. Lighter 60–70 g/m² works for 25 kg loads. Sharp or abrasive products such as gravel or slag need heavier fabric or a coating.
Coated or uncoated?
Uncoated fabric breathes, which suits grain and produce. PE-coated (laminated) fabric blocks moisture and fine dust, which suits flour, sugar, fertiliser and chemicals.
Do you make UV-treated sacks for sandbags or outdoor storage?
Yes. UV-stabilised polypropylene is available for sandbags, construction waste and any bag stored outdoors.
